$75 — Integrative Medicine Assessment Consultation
Telehealth
The Integrative Medicine Assessment Consultation is a comprehensive telehealth appointment for individuals with complex chronic conditions that remain unresolved, incompletely explained, or difficult to manage despite conventional evaluation and care.
During this secure online consultation, Dr. Williams will review your health history, current concerns, medications, supplements, diet, lifestyle factors, previous treatments, and relevant medical records when available. She will then identify possible mechanisms contributing to your presentation and develop an individualized care plan within the scope of her licensure.
Recommendations may include:
- Individualized herbal formula recommendations
- Supplement guidance
- Food and nutritional strategies
- Lifestyle modifications
- Acupuncture or other appropriate therapies
- Recommendations for additional evaluation or referral
The same consultation fee applies to new and returning patients. A brief follow-up check-in may be included when clinically appropriate. Additional scheduled consultations or substantive treatment-plan revisions are billed at the regular consultation fee.
$100 — Neurological Case Consultation
Telehealth
The Neurological Case Consultation is a comprehensive telehealth appointment for individuals with severe, persistent, or complex neurological presentations who are considering in-person Advanced Neurological Acupuncture with Dr. Williams.
This consultation provides time to review your medical history, diagnoses, relevant imaging and specialist reports, previous treatments, current symptoms, and the specific ways your condition affects movement, sensation, coordination, comfort, and daily function. Dr. Williams will help identify treatment priorities, establish functional baselines, and determine whether her specialized in-person approach is appropriate for your presentation.
This consultation may be appropriate for individuals experiencing:
- Post-stroke neurological impairment
- Traumatic brain or spinal cord injury
- Severe or progressive neuropathy
- Paralysis, weakness, or impaired mobility
- Spasticity or abnormal muscle tone
- Tremor or other movement disorders
- Neurological degeneration
- Persistent neurological symptoms following surgery or injury
- Complex overlapping presentations without a clear treatment pathway
Most new and returning patients seeking Advanced Neurological Acupuncture will begin with this consultation. When in-person treatment is appropriate, the information gathered allows Dr. Williams to prepare in advance and use the limited clinic appointment more purposefully.
Please have relevant medical records, imaging reports, current medications and supplements, and a summary of previous treatments available whenever possible.
The consultation does not include acupuncture or other in-person treatment and does not guarantee that an in-person appointment will be recommended. When Dr. Williams’s specialized treatment is not the most appropriate option, she may recommend further evaluation, another form of care, or referral to a different provider.
$325 — Advanced Neurological Acupuncture

Advanced Neurological Acupuncture is a specialized, feedback-guided treatment for individuals with severe neurological impairment, persistent functional limitations, or complex presentations requiring more time and clinical attention than a conventional acupuncture appointment provides.
Treatment may combine Active Perineural Neuromodulation acupuncture, electroacupuncture, manual medicine, functional movement and nerve re-education, noninvasive laser therapy, and other clinically appropriate modalities. Movement, sensation, comfort, coordination, and functional capacity are assessed and reassessed throughout the appointment so that treatment can be adjusted in real time.
This service may be appropriate for individuals experiencing:
- Post-stroke sequelae
- Traumatic brain injury
- Spinal cord injury
- Paralysis or significant weakness
- Gait and mobility challenges
- Severe neuropathy
- Spasticity
- Tremor and other movement disorders
- Neurological degeneration
- Complex neurological or neuromuscular presentations
The objective is to produce meaningful, measurable improvement in neurological function and to support continued progress whenever possible. Individual responses vary according to the nature, severity, and duration of the condition.
Most patients must complete a Neurological Case Consultation before scheduling treatment. Advanced Neurological Acupuncture is offered on limited monthly clinic dates in Johnson City and Bristol, Tennessee.
These services do not replace emergency care or ongoing medical management by a neurologist, primary-care physician, or other appropriate medical specialist. Telehealth services are provided where permitted by applicable licensing requirements.
